Farah Barhorst is a seasoned professional in the cruise industry, currently serving as the Director of Onboard Revenue for Holland America Line and Seabourn. With a career spanning over 19 years, Farah has navigated various roles within the industry, beginning in 2005 in Spa, moving through Entertainment before finding her niche in onboard revenue.

Transitioning from the sea-going team to the shoreside onboard revenue team, Farah now oversees retail operations for both Holland America Line and Seabourn, amongst other areas. In her role, she collaborates closely with renowned brands such as Effy, Starboard and Harding, contributing to their success within the cruise market. She is deeply passionate about the integration of retail within the guest experience journey, creating lasting memories and fostering brand affinity among guests.
